Digital Products

Digital downloads, including the Seasons of Self Affirmation Deck and other downloadable files, are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your download is missing, inaccessible, or defective, contact jacktoria56@gmail.com with your order number so we can help resolve the issue.

Physical Products — Print-on-Demand

Our journals, workbooks, and printed affirmation cards are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact jacktoria56@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. For confirmed issues, we will arrange a replacement at no charge.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation of a physical product order. Cancellation requests are subject to the order’s production status and cannot be guaranteed. Once production has begun, we cannot cancel the order.
