Digital Products All digital downloads (including the Seasons of Self Affirmation Deck and any downloadable files) are non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at [your email] and we'll make it right.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand) Because our journals and workbooks are printed on demand especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
